Description

This paper focuses on a case study of the usage of Agile in a Software Industry and in a research project work at School level. It emphasizes on Agile methodology issues used in a large organization like Siemens Medical Solutions and Villanova University, university level research project and outlines the differences between the two. Agile when applied in correct way would definitely be beneficial to the projects. At an industry level, there are many sessions and seminars taken for the members of the organization to help them understand about Agile but the same is not there at University level projects.
